Baked Feta with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 

Prepare the Feta and Toppings:
Place the 8-ounce block of feta cheese in a small baking dish. 

Scatter 1 cup of pitted olives and 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes around the feta. 



Make the Olive Oil Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 thinly sliced cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, and a pinch of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. 









Pour and Bake:
Pour the olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. 

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. 

After 20 minutes, switch the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes to lightly brown the top. 

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. 

Serve hot with sliced French bread or crostini.
