Braised Lamb Leg Chops
Season chops with salt & pepper. Warm the oil in a pot. Add sliced onion until dark brown. Add grated or crushed garlic, bayleaves, sprig of thyme and rosemary. Stir
Add seasoned lamb chops. Brown both sides and move the meat to the side and add potatoes and braised until dark brown.
Add little bits of water at a time as needed and continue stir as needed to prevent from sticking to the pot.
Add butternut and corn on the cob last and braised until the vegetables are cooked.
Serve with yellow or a white fluffy rice, beetroot salad or a mango acha like I did here
