Caramel Chocolate Coffee Cheesecake
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare Crust:
2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Make Cheesecake Batter:
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
Divide and Flavor Batter:
5. Divide the batter into three equal parts. To one part, add the caramel sauce and mix well. To the second part, add the chocolate sauce and mix well. To the third part, add the cooled coffee and mix well.
