Cheese Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Fresh Herbs

Begin by cooking the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set them aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus pieces and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften slightly.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Gently add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing them carefully with the vegetables and sauce to ensure they are well-coated.
Stir in the fresh basil, parsley, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until everything is thoroughly heated.
Serve the ravioli hot, topped with extra grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
