Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits with Lemon Butter

Follow package directions for biscuit mix. Set aside.
Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F and spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
Make Crab Filling:
Combine crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mayonnaise, mustard, and crushed crackers in a bowl. Adjust mayo if needed.
Assemble Biscuits:
Scoop biscuit mix onto floured hands, form a cup, add crab filling, and cover with more biscuit dough. Place in muffin tin.
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Finish with Lemon Butter:
Brush biscuits with melted butter mixed with lemon juice.
