Greek Salad with Homemade Greek Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or substitute with grilled chicken or salmon)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped
