Greek Salad with Homemade Greek Vinaigrette

Prepare the Vinaigrette:
Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to a small mason jar.
Tightly close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are well combined.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, chickpeas (or your choice of protein), cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, kalamata olives, banana peppers, and chopped parsley.
