Smothered Chicken with Creamed Spinach, Bacon, and Mushrooms

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
Cook the Chicken:
In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Mushrooms and Garlic:
In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Spinach and Cream:
