Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

Prepare the Sugar Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together 2 cups of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. 🧂🌰
