Tandoori Chicken Recipe

**In the Oven:**
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top (to catch drips).
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the wire rack. Brush them with a bit of oil or melted ghee.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. You can turn the chicken halfway through the cooking time for even grilling.
- For an extra char, you can switch to the broiler setting for the last 5 minutes of cooking, but watch carefully to avoid burning.
