Cookie Dough Truffles
Make the Cookie Dough:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Form the Truffles:
1. Using a small spoon or cookie scoop, take small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into balls.
2. Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Freeze the cookie dough balls for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
