Asian Glazed Turkey Thighs
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Season the turkey thighs by rubbing them with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and a pinch of brown sugar. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, sear the turkey thighs on each side for 3-4 minutes until they develop a golden-brown crust.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake the turkey thighs at 425°F for about 25 minutes.
Prepare the glaze by mixing together soy sauce, chili-infused sesame oil, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, sweet chili sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Pour the glaze over the turkey thighs and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) on a meat thermometer.
