Lemon Cheesecake Cake

Cheesecake Layer:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place a 9x13 pan filled with 1 inch of water on a lower rack in the oven.
2️⃣ Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, salt, flour, lemon extract, and sour cream, mixing well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
4️⃣ Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 30 minutes. Chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours or refrigerate overnight.
