For the Cheesecake:
16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 

½ cup granulated sugar 

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 

Pinch of salt 

¼ cup heavy cream 

½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

2 eggs, at room temperature
