
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cod fillets and cook until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, pour in the soy sauce mixture and simmer until slightly thickened.

Return the cod to the skillet, spooning the glaze over the fish.

In a separate pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot until tender-crisp.

Serve the cod with stir-fried vegetables and cooked rice, garnished with green onions.
