𝑨𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒐, 𝑴𝒐𝒛𝒛𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆

1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
4. Layer each slice with avocado slices, mozzarella cheese slices, and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh basil leaves if desired.
5. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side up.
6. Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Press down gently with a spatula to help the sandwiches adhere and the cheese to melt evenly.
7. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.
8. Serve warm and enjoy your Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese!
