Garlic Herb Grilled Lobster
Prepare the Lobster:
Prep the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
Gently pull apart the shell slightly and lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
Mix the Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
