Mashed Potato Fries
In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add flour, melted butter, and milk to the potato mixture. Stir until smooth.
Shape the potato mixture into fry shapes.
Roll each fry in bread crumbs, ensuring they are well-coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the potato fries until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
Notes:
For a healthier option, bake the fries in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor.
