SWEDISH MEATBALL NOODLE BAKE
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Form into small meatballs, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Cook Noodles:
While the meatballs are baking, boil the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Sauce:
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
