Once all the cookie dough is portioned, take two plain dough balls and two chocolate dough balls. Stack them together and then roll them between the palms of your hands to marble the dough. Divide the dough in half with your fingers, turn one dough ball about 120 degrees, and bring the two portions back together. Smooth into a ball once more. Repeat for more marbling but do not overdo it.
Bake the Cookies:
Bake the cookies for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and tap it firmly on the countertop twice to help flatten the cookies. Rotate the pan and return it to the oven for 3 to 4 more minutes. The cookies are done when the edges are set, and the centers are puffy. Tap the baking sheet once more on the countertop.
Cool the Cookies:
Remove the pan from the oven and let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Marble Cookies!
