Crispy Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks – A Perfect Snack!

Cut mozzarella cheese sticks in half if desired. Freeze the cheese sticks for about 30 minutes to make them easier to handle.
Prepare Breading Stations:
Place flour in a shallow dish.
In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and water.
In a third shallow dish, spread the Italian-style bread crumbs.
Coat Cheese Sticks:
Roll each frozen cheese stick in flour, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Heat Oil:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry Cheese Sticks:
Carefully place cheese sticks in the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
