Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach, & Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

In a small bowl, mix the spinach, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Secure the Filling:
Use toothpicks to secure the open edges of the chicken breasts to keep the filling inside during cooking.
Season the Chicken:
In another small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the outside of each stuffed chicken breast.
Sear the Chicken:
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the stuffed chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
