SALSA CHIMICHURRI

1. Finely chop parsley, cilantro (if you decide to use it), garlic and oregano.
2. You can use a food processor to chop ingredients faster, but be careful not to mash them.
3. In a large bowl, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic and oregano.
4. Add ground celery, salt and black pepper.. . Enjoy.
5. Pour the red wine vinegar over the herb mixture.
6. Little by little, add the olive oil while mixing well so that all the ingredients are integrated.
7. Taste the sauce and adjust the amount of salt, pepper or vinegar to your liking.
8. If you prefer a hotter sauce, you can add more ground garlic or chili powder.
9. For the flavors to mix well, let the chimichurri sauce rest for at least 1 hour before using.
10. You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container. Chimichurri sauce preserves well for several days and its flavor improves with time.
