Crunchy Coconut Krispies Delight
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the honey and brown sugar, stirring until the mixture is smooth and starts to bubble.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and shredded coconut.
Pour the warm honey mixture over the cereal and coconut, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking dish, ensuring it's evenly spread. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy the crunchy coconut goodness!
