12 large shrimp (peeled, deveined, with tails on)
12 slices of thin-cut bacon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper for a bit of heat
Lemon wedges, for serving
