Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
