High Protein Chip Dip Delight

1️⃣ In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yoghurt and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy. 🥛🧀
2️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. 🧄🌿
3️⃣ If desired, mix in the smoked paprika or cayenne pepper for a little heat, or the grated Parmesan cheese for added flavour. 🌶️🧀
4️⃣ Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. ❄️⏲️
5️⃣ Serve with your favourite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks. 🥒🥕
