High Protein Chip Dip Delight
In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yoghurt and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
If desired, mix in the smoked paprika or cayenne pepper for a little heat, or the grated Parmesan cheese for added flavour.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
Serve with your favourite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
